Viktor Dmitrievich Kupradze worked at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Tbilisi State University and was appointed Director of the Mathematical Institute of the Georgian branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences and Professor of Higher Mathematics at the Georgian Industrial Institute.
