Proposition: Existence of Rational Zero (Neutral Element of Addition of Rational Numbers)

There exists a rational number \(0\in\mathbb Q\) such that \[x+0=0+x=x\] for all \(x\in\mathbb Q\), i.e. \(0\) is neutral with respect to the addition or rational numbers.
