Proposition: Limit of the Constant Function

Let $f:\mathbb R\to\mathbb R,$ $f(x)=c$ be a constant function. Then for every $c\in\mathbb R$ and for every $a\in\mathbb R,$ $\lim_{x\to a }f(x)=c.$
